POLICIES & YOUR PRIVACY
Regal Star Rides LLC respects your privacy. The information you share with us — your name, phone number, email, pickup and drop-off addresses, and trip details — is collected through our booking forms, calls, and texts, and is used only to provide quotes, schedule rides, and send updates about your service. If you opt in to receive a call or text back, we will contact you only about your rides; reply STOP at any time to opt out (message and data rates may apply). We never sell your personal information, and we share it only with trusted providers needed to operate our service, such as payment processing, or when required by law. Payment Terms
Reservations require a valid payment method and are subject to availability. A 25% deposit may be required for weddings, large groups, and special events. Extended wait times, additional stops, and itinerary changes are billed at the rates listed on our Pricing page. Your final total is always confirmed with you before your ride.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup incur a $50 cancellation fee. No-shows are non-refundable. Weddings and large group bookings may have their own contractual cancellation terms, provided at booking.
Wait Time
Airport pickups: we track your flight, and your rate includes 45 minutes of complimentary wait time after landing (60 minutes for international arrivals) - a delayed flight never costs you extra. All other pickups include a 15-minute grace period, after which wait time is billed at $30 per additional 15 minutes.
Conduct & Safety
We reserve the right to terminate any service without a refund if passenger conduct is unsafe, illegal, or abusive toward the chauffeur or vehicle. Smoking and vaping are not permitted in our vehicles. Damage or excessive mess requiring professional cleaning is billed at cost (typically $250). Maintaining a secure environment for our staff and clients is paramount. Respectful behavior is required to ensure a first-class transportation experience.
Liability
Regal Star Rides LLC is not liable for delays from traffic, road closures, weather, or airline changes. While we strive for absolute punctuality, guaranteed travel times are not possible due to external factors. We serve the DFW Metroplex and offer long-distance arrangements by special request.
